Wall Street Journal to host new publication CIO Journal 

CIO Journal, a new publication hosted on The Wall Street Journal website, preparing to launch this Spring.  It will be overseen by current CFO Journal editor Michael Hickins and will offer real-time news for CIOs and other executives interested in technology.   Publication interested in stories from user perspective.
